Rehabilitation
Cooper River Post Acute has our own certified in-house therapy team to treat patients more efficiently and timely. With televisions in each of our rehabilitation rooms, you can relax and enjoy a favorite movie or TV show while you rest from your therapy. If you still want to move around, you can enjoy some of our scheduled daily activities. Your comfort is our priority.
Cooper River proudly offers: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Medical Nutrition Therapy, VitalStim Therapy Certified, and Geriatric Specialist Physical Therapy.

My Mom is being taken care of very well. The people are so kind. The activities people are awesome and give a lot of attention to the residents. The lunches are very good and she eats pretty well here. You’re going to have issues everywhere, but at least they are addressed when I ask. All in all, Im happy that she landed here. I appreciate all the people who work at Cooper River Post Acute.
We recently moved mom here from a less friendly place in Mount pleasant. The staff here is excellent and kind and patient. The ladies in the activity room really care about the people. And the food is good too

Erick in the kitchen his food is flavorful I get better food here than I would in a restaurant. Krystal in Physical Therapy is amazing. I am doing so much better since I got here. Azam and the staff are the best.
